Be sure to +Add Sport(s) to your student’s profile, even if they played a sport last year. All requirements must be fulfilled at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of practice or tryouts. Please allow 5-10 business days for single page sports physical approval.

Upload a single-page sports physical signed and dated by the examining physician on or after April 15, 2025 to be considered a valid physical for 2025-26. No hardcopy physicals will be accepted and all registration forms must be completed electronically by both the parent/guardian AND student.Each and every sports physical is carefully reviewed by BAS Athletics Administrators prior to approval.
